How it works

You give us access.
Read-only access to your GitHub repository, or secure access to the full repository — your choice. Remove it as soon as we’re finished.

Day 1 — Review and report.
We examine your code for security weaknesses, and for problems that will make it hard to support or to scale, combining automated analysis with a manual review of the riskiest areas. You receive a written report: every finding rated by severity, with what it means and how to fix it.

Day 2 — Q&A.
We take your team through the report and answer their questions, so everyone understands what we found and why it matters.

Fixes, quoted from the report.
Nobody can price fixes before seeing what’s there, so once you have the report we estimate the effort to fix it. Nothing goes ahead without your agreement. A senior developer then fixes what we found — to your coding and security standards if you share them. Fixes are handed over once paid for, as changes your team reviews and tests; nothing is merged or deployed without you.
Promises we cannot make
We make every effort to ensure our work is of the highest quality. But no review, by anyone, can be guaranteed to find every flaw, and no change to software can be guaranteed to be error-free or free of consequences. Our terms say so plainly, and agreeing to them means accepting it.
- A review covers the code we’re given, at the point we review it.
- It isn’t a penetration test, and we never test live production systems.
- Your code stays yours. We don’t share it, reuse it or keep it after the engagement.
Pricing

The introductory rate is a one-off for your first engagement with us. Further work is charged at our standard rate of £1,000 per day.
